FAQs
How can we bring the E1 Leadership Development Program to our school?
Email info@salute1st.com to arrange a call to discuss your school’s specific needs.
How is the E1 Leadership Development Program structured?
This online program is specifically designed to satisfy the training needs of:
- Elementary School Students (6-month course for 6th graders)
- Middle/High School Students (6-month course for 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade students)
- Adults (6-month course for incarcerated males 18 years of age & older)
How can I enroll my child in the E1 Leadership Development Program?
Currently, school-aged adolescents can only be enrolled through a participating school, counseling agency or juvenile justice program. In the future, we do plan to offer “individual” enrollment but at this time a child can only be enrolled through an institution already participating in the program.
Is the E1 Leadership Development Program just for males?
Yes. While young women can also benefit from our teachings, Salute 1st’s mission is focused on rebuilding the character and leadership of young and adult males. Our curriculum and resources are tailored specifically to meet their unique challenges and needs.
What can I do if my child’s school is not participating in the E1 Leadership Development Program?
You can contact your child’s school to ascertain their interest in participating. Feel free to have them reach out to us at: info@salute1st.com.
What should I do if I already completed some of the Phases of the program, but have transferred to another school? Will I have to start all over again or can I pick up where I left off?
In schools, the program is facilitated by an Instructor in a classroom setting. You will need to talk with your school’s in-house Facilitator to discuss where to begin.
I started the E1 Leadership Development Program while incarcerated but did not finish. How can I finish the program?
Email us at support@salute1st.com for specific guidance.
I am not incarcerated. How can I participate in the E1 Leadership Development Program?
